We offer a 6-month warranty on all our jewelry. This warranty covers:

Stones that have fallen out

Physical damage to the jewelry components

Detached or broken soldered parts.

Please note: The warranty does not cover tarnishing of silver or damage caused by improper use, accidental drops, or normal wear and tear. For information on how to properly care for your jewelry, please visit our Jewelry Care page.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us via email : Info@unicorajewelry.com , providing photos of the item and the issue. If we confirm it is a valid warranty case, the item should be sent back to us. We will either repair it or replace it with a new piece.

– Return shipping to us is at the customer’s expense.
– Shipping of the repaired or replacement item to the customer is covered by us.
