All our jewelry pieces are handmade in small quantities in Valencia, Spain — this ensures unique, high-quality creations and allows us to maintain the personal touch in every piece. We process orders as quickly as possible:
Items in stock will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
Pre-order items will be shipped within 1–3 weeks, depending on the item.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-order items are ready.
If you wish to receive an in-stock items earlier, please contact us before placing your order.
Note: Processing times may be longer during holidays or special sales events.
Shipping
All orders are shipped using reliable postal services, and shipping times depend on your location.
– Typically, delivery takes up to 2 weeks, depending on your country.
– Free shipping is available for orders over €200
Please note: International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, customs duties, or other charges, depending on your local regulations. We cannot control or predict these charges and are not responsible for them. For information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for accepting their orders and paying any applicable taxes, customs fees, or additional charges required for delivery in their country.
– If a shipment is refused or not collected due to unpaid taxes or other fees, we cannot be held responsible for delays or return shipping.
– Please ensure you provide accurate delivery information and are aware of local regulations regarding import duties and taxes.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

Please note: At the moment, we cannot accept payments from Russian or Belarusian cards.
