We want you to love your handmade jewelry, so please check your order as soon as it arrives. Make sure everything is in perfect condition and free from any damage during shipping. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please contact us first via email : Info@unicorajewelry.com , providing your order number and reason for the return. This helps us process your return smoothly.
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving them. Please note that return shipping is at your expense, and original shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the item was damaged.
To ensure a smooth return:
Items should be unused and show no signs of wear.
Please return items in their original packaging. If packaging is missing, a small deduction (€3) may apply.
Include all original components.
Refunds are issued within 10 days of receiving the returned package and will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase (PayPal or card).
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.
